doc. PhDr. Alena Slezáčková, PhD.

Alena Slezackova, Ph.D. works as Associate Professor of Psychology at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. She is lecturer of Positive Psychology, Health Psychology, Mental Hygiene, and Educational Psychology.
Her scientific interests focus on research of character strenghts and virtues, health and well-being and posttraumatic growth. She has been involved in several international research projects.
Alena is a member of Board of Directors of the International Positive Psychology Association IPPA and she is a Country Representative for the Czech Republic in the European Network for Positive Psychology ENPP.
She founded the Czech Positive Psychology Centre CPPC in 2008 (http://www.pozitivni-psychologie.cz/en).

 

Mgr. Štěpánka Dvořáková

Stepanka Dvorakova, MA obtained her master´s degree in Psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, in June 2013.
During her studies she took part in research internships in Positive Psychology at The Victoria University in Wellington,New Zealand and at The University of Zürich, Switzerland.
Stepanka presented results of her Master thesis at the 2nd International Conference on Positive Psychology in the Czech Republic (CPPC 2013).
She has a special interest in Applied Psychology, particularly Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy.
